best ways to utilize the PSA Reassignment tool

First of all, let's clarify where this tool is located, what the restrictions are, and how to use it:

1. Go to your Genealogy.
2. Choose the Reassign tab. All affiliates who are eligible to be reassigned (i.e. see restrictions below) will be designated by a checkbox.
3. Check a box for someone whom you want to reassign.
4. Enter the SFI ID number of the person to whom you want the reassignment(s) into the popup's field and click OK. Make sure you have the right ID number!
5. Go down your list and check other boxes for any other affiliates you wish to reassign, entering the appropriate SFI ID numbers in the reassignment popup field.
6. When you're done selecting the affiliates you wish to reassign, click the Reassign selected affiliates button.

The reassignment now appears in the recipient's Genealogy. He or she will also receive an e-mail notification from SFI for each reassignment. Keep in mind that you can only reassign your personally sponsored affiliate. Additionally, an affiliate can be reassigned only ONCE.

IMPORTANT! The following reassignment restrictions apply:

1. Affiliates (non-EAs) can be reassigned only to other PSAs unless you are a Designated Diamond OR an STL or higher in rank—in which case you may reassign to your full downline (12 generations maximum).
   
   
2. Executive Affiliates (current or former) can be reassigned only to other PSAs unless you are a Designated Diamond OR an STL or higher in rank—in which case you may reassign to your full downline (12 generations maximum).
   
   
3. Bronze and Silver Team Leaders (qualified at this rank within the last 45 days) can only be reassigned to other first-level Team Leaders of equal or greater rank.
   
   
4. Gold, Platinum, and Diamond Team Leaders (qualified at this rank within the last 45 days) may not be reassigned without permission from SFI Corporate. Submit a ticket for any requests to reassign a GTL, PTL, or DTL and include your reasons for wanting to make the reassignment, then await further instructions.

 
Let's first look at WHY you'd want to reassign someone. After all, you earn the largest matches on the affiliates on your first generation.

The reason, in a word, is "leverage." Yes, you could put dozens or hundreds or even thousands of affiliates on your first generation. But if they are not finding success, you're going to be losing them out the back door as fast as you have them coming in the front door. You will find this to be very frustrating, and it is simply not the best way to build a large, secure income.

What you want to always be trying to do in SFI is develop Team Leaders. Why? For one thing, a Team Leader is almost certainly going to be making a profit in SFI, so they're going to be much more likely to be engaged and active.

The more Team Leaders who develop in your organization, the more security you build for yourself. This is because, as Team Leaders of their own profitable teams, they have their own vested interest in keeping their businesses (which is of course a portion of your business) growing.

This is, of course, EXACTLY what you want!  Every time you develop a new committed TL, you've created another residual income stream that can keep bringing in money for you with minimum attention on your part!

Not only have you created another residual income stream, but one that can grow month after month because it's headed by a TL who has his or her own interest in building a larger and larger group and commission check. In other words, you are better off with five TLs on your frontline, than 25 EAs, or even 50 EAs.

TIP: You can easily ID good candidates by checking your My Movers list (accessible via your SFI home page) each day! Plus, you could receive 5 VP for each affiliate you reassign.

OK, now let's look at some of the many ways you can use the Reassignment tool:

An incentive to become an EA--Inform your affiliates that if they become an EA this month, you'll reassign 5, 10, 15 (or whatever quantity you're comfortable with) new affiliates to them.  To make the incentive even stronger, you can offer to reassign EAs under them which will help them accumulate more VersaPoints each month.

Building Team Leaders--I talked above about how important it is to develop TLs.  If you have lots of personally sponsored EAs, consider reconfiguring them to create five or more frontline TLs.  What you want to do is identify your five most committed, most serious, most active EAs.  Move your other EAs under them so that your five best EAs are all converted to TLs.  Then help them to duplicate this action ever downward in your organization.  Doing so would create a rock solid and wildly profitable organization with 5 TLs on your first generation, 25 on your second, 125 on your third, 625 on your fourth, 3125 on your fifth, 15,625 on your sixth, and 78,125 TLs on your seventh.  You can now afford your own tropical island!  ; - )

"You do, I do"--Don't like the idea of just "giving away" your affiliates?  Make this offer:  "For every affiliate you sponsor this month, I'll match it.  Or for every one, I'll match it with two...or three.  Or for every EA, I'll match it with an EA."

Get the wheels rolling--Many of the affiliates you recruit have the ability to be quite successful in SFI; they just need a little push to get STARTED.  Hence, contact your new affiliates when they join, and let them know that as soon as they sponsor their first affiliate, you'll reward them by reassigning, say, four affiliates to them.  They've now got a nice little team of their own from which to build.  More importantly, they're now "in motion" and have a incentive to get even more active with SFI.

More milestone rewards--You can offer additional rewards (reassignments) to your team for hitting other milestones such as:

A. Maintaining the rank of EA for 3/6/12 straight months.
B. Recruiting their first EA.
C. Becoming a TL.
D. Recording their first customer sale.
E. Sponsoring X number of affiliates in a month.
F. Sponsoring X number of EAs in a month.
G. Making the top 10, top 20, or top 50 on the leaderboards.

MAKE A MISTAKE AND THE DOOR OF OPPORTUNITY OPENS LEADING TO POSITIVE ENERGY !!

My brother and I were driving home together and became engrossed in a conversation. Because of this distraction, my brother took a wrong turn.

Unfortunately, the wrong turn took us towards a bridge and we had no way to turn back. Grudgingly, my brother paid the bridge toll and drove on. He was clearly frustrated by the mistake and the needless waste of Rs.100/-.

We eventually reached an exit slip-way and, as we took it, my brother noticed a beat-up white Ritz pulled over to the side of the road. A young guy was standing nearby trying to phone someone. I was busy trying to figure out which way we went next but my brother pulled over and asked the guy if he needed any help. And he did. He had a flat tire and needed a wrench to get it off.

My brother gave him a wrench, and then proceeded to help him change the flat. After we had finished the job he thanked us and pulled out Rs.500/- note and tried to give it to us. "No," I said. "We were never supposed to even get on that bridge, we took a wrong turn. But now we know why we did. It was to help you. Thank you for turning our mistake into an opportunity to serve."

What I loved most was watching my brother turn his agitation for the mistake into positive energy.

Last week, she was sitting all alone in the Living Room, while the others were involved in a Christmas activity. I asked her if she would like to join the others and she said no. I asked her why; she said "I can't do what they are doing." I told her sure you can. So I took her over - they were putting Christmas stickers on clothes pins.

I gave her some clothes pins and stickers and we began doing what the others were doing. When she did just one, I gave her praise after praise. All she could do was smile. And the most amazing thing to me was what she said that melted my heart. She said, "Thank you dear. You make me feel like a little kid, in school again, God bless you."

At that point she was so happy. I was over joyed!!! I left her to finish and when I walked away, I could feel the calmness all around me. I made a difference in her life that day." –

You've seen on weather forecast in your television, in magazines, and even science books will show raindrops as tear shaped. The idea has persisted in popular culture, because often we see water drops from leafs, faucet, and also water rolling down our windows that does look like tear shape. This created a joint level of understanding among people that we think that even raindrops are tear shaped. It's time to teach our children new perspective of raindrops!

Scientist armed with high speed camera revealed that raindrops start out as round high in the atmosphere as water collects on dust and smoke particles in clouds. But as raindrops fall, they lose their rounded shape. Instead, a raindrop rather look like a bean or the top half of a hamburger bun. Flattened on the bottom and with a curved dome top, raindrops are anything but the classic tear shape. The reason is due to their speed falling through the atmosphere.

A raindrop falling through the atmosphere forms as a roughly spherical structure due to the surface tension of water. This surface tension is the "skin" of a body of water that makes the molecules stick together. The cause is the weak hydrogen bonds that occur between water molecules. On smaller raindrops, the surface tension is stronger than in larger drops. The reason is the flow of air around the drop.

Air flow on the bottom of the water drop is greater than the airflow at the top. At the top, small air circulation disturbances create less air pressure. Therefore, the surface tension at the top of the raindrop wins this round! In other words, the surface tension at the top allows the raindrop to remain more spherical while the bottom gets more flattened out.

Even as a raindrop is falling, it will often collide with other raindrops and increase in size. Once the size of a raindrop gets too large, it will eventually break apart in the atmosphere back into smaller drops. This time, the surface tension loses and the large raindrop ceases to exist. Instead it pulls apart when it grows to around 4 millimeters or more.

Tasting the Raindrops

And closed my eyes really tight
Just as I thought I'd caught a raindrop
You suddenly held me tight

I opened my eyes with slight alarm
As you kissed me soft and sweet
I remember that kiss like it was yesterday
I still feel those raindrops on my cheek

I tasted the raindrops like I never had before
It was worth every second of bliss
Every time I think of that moment
I think of my raindrop kiss

We sat close together on that one special rock
And we held each other tight
Then almost as suddenly as it came
The sun came out from beneath the rain

The most beautiful colors I've ever seen
Came out on the western sky
The sun was setting and the moment was perfect

Rain, Rain, Go Away

"Is it going to rain all day long?" the fairy said. Sunny wasn’t feeling too sunny at this moment. She wanted to fly around Periwinkle Glen and play with all her friends, Mouse, Grasshopper and Dragonfly, but right now, all she could do was sit under the puffy brown mushroom and wait until the raindrops stopped falling. Butterfly sat next to her, trying not to get her wings wet. Sunny’s chin lay in her hand and a pout decorated her face. "I want it to stop raining. I never want it to rain again!" Butterfly nodded her head and agreed.

After a while the rain stopped. Drops of rain dripped from every leaf on every branch of every tree. They dripped from the flower petals and from the prickly purple thistle. The animals of the meadow came out of their homes to sip the water. Frog jumped into a puddle and splashed water all over a tall, peach-colored iris. Ladybug flew from raindrop to raindrop, looking at her reflection and giggling. Squirrel stood under the leaves and caught the drops in his mouth. Sunny didn’t notice any of it. She and Butterfly climbed out from under the mushroom. They shook their wings off and Sunny smiled when she felt the sun’s warmth on her face. "This is much better. The sky is blue, the sun is out and there’s no rain!"

Day after day Sunny and Butterfly played in the meadow. They played leapfrog; they flew between the tree trunks and threw soft, fluffy clover balls at each other. It didn’t rain and both of them were very happy. After a while Sunny began to notice something. Instead of being bright yellow like her dress, the sunflowers were nodding and turning brown. The blue morning glories were shriveling up. The stream that runs through the glen got smaller and didn’t flow as fast and the tall grasses were yellowing.

One day she was walking through the grass and heard soft whimpers. She parted the grass and saw that it was Mouse. "What’s the matter, Mouse?" she asked. Butterfly flew down to the ground and landed next to them. She was concerned too. Mouse started to cry and told Sunny how her children were thirsty and there was no water. Sunny told her to take them to the stream and get them a drink.

No matter where she went in Periwinkle Glen, all the animals seemed to be sad. Some were crying and others were lying down, too thirsty to move. "Butterfly, all the animals in the meadow are thirsty. I want the sunflowers to be yellow. I want the violets to be purple and the roses to be red. Everything is turning brown, even the grass. We need some rain!" Butterfly nodded her head. "Oh, Butterfly. I wished that it would never rain again, but I see that we do need the rain so that the flowers will grow and the animals can have drinks. The stream needs to be full so that it will flow through the meadow. The deer and bears and raccoons all need to drink from it. I want it to rain again, Butterfly," she sighed.

Sunny didn’t sleep well that night. She couldn’t stop thinking about poor Mouse and how sad she was or how brown the leaves were turning on the oak tree. In the morning, when dawn came, it began to rain. It rained and it rained. All day long it rained. Sunny was so happy. Butterfly was so happy. Mouse and Ladybug were happy. Squirrel was happy and so was Raccoon. The sunflowers became a brighter yellow than Sunny had ever seen them. The stream filled with cool water and flowed quickly through the meadow. The leaves turned green and stood straight up, reaching for the raindrops, drinking them all in. "This is much better. Periwinkle Glen needs water. I’m thankful for the rain," she laughed. She and Butterfly chased each other through the wet meadow. Drops drizzled in her eyes and got her pretty red hair wet. Her dress got soaking wet too, but Sunny was happy. Everyone in the meadow was happy.

Two Raindrops

Two little raindrops were born in a shower,
And one was so pompously proud of his power,
He got in his head an extravagant notion
He'd hustle right off and swallow the ocean.
A blade of grass that grew by the brook
Called for a drink, but no notice he took
Of such trifling things. He must hurry to be
Not a mere raindrop, but the whole sea.
A stranded ship needed water to float,
But he could not bother to help a boat.
He leaped in the sea with a puff and a blare -
And nobody even knew he was there!

But the other drop as along it went
Found the work to do for which it was sent:
It refreshed the lily that drooped its head,
And bathed the grass that was almost dead.
It got under the ships and helped them along,
And all the while sang a cheerful song.
It worked every step of the way it went,
Bringing joy to others, to itself content.
At last it came to its journey's end,
And welcomed the sea as an old-time friend.
"An ocean," it said, "there could not be
Except for the millions of drops like me."

The Rain

The rain came down as a fine drizzle

The rain came down and turned the meadow
A lush colour of green

The rain came down in torrents and the streams,
burns, rivers were filled to bursting point

The rain came down like a monsoon
And everything was wet

The flowers and plants grew and bloomed

After the rain subsided
A rainbow added colour to a dark broody sky

The Happy Raindrops

Way up in the sky, in a big, puffy, white cloud, the raindrops were waiting for a storm to happen, because their favorite thing in the world to do was to fall from the cloud and land on something with a splat!

One day, the puffy cloud began to get gray and much heavier. The raindrops knew this meant a storm was about to happen. When the lightning began to flash and when the thunder began to boom, all the raindrops got together for a big meeting. In this meeting they planned where each drop of rain was going to land. The biggest raindrop of all was called Randall. He got to choose first. Then, each in turn, according to size, chose a target, until the smallest raindrop had chosen.

"I think I will land on that man’s nose," Randall said, parting the cloud just a little bit to show everyone. He pointed to a man sitting on a bench in the park. The other raindrops giggled. "Here I go," Randall cried, then away he went, falling from the big gray could, through the stormy sky. He landed right in the middle of a man’s nose. He broke into pieces and went all over the man’s face, into his eyes and onto his lips.

The other raindrops shouted, "YEAH!"

"My turn," called Reese, the next largest raindrop. He had decided to land in a lady’s eye and smear her make-up. He jumped down through the small part in the cloud and landed with a kerplop right in her eye. Her make-up ran down her cheek and dropped onto her white blouse, making a mess.

Again, screams of delight echoed throughout the cloud. All the rest of the big raindrops took their turns, landing on dogs, people reading the newspaper and shiny cars that were pulling out of car washes. Soon, only the smallest drops were left. They were too small to do anything alone, so they divided up into groups.

The first group chose to rain on an ant’s nest. They all held hands and jumped down together. When they hit the nest, the dirt went flying everywhere. The carefully dug tunnels collapsed and the angry ants ran about trying to save their nest.

The next group of raindrops landed on a boy’s fluffy cotton candy. It dissolved into a sticky mess, leaving the small child crying.

"Let’s land on that woman," suggested the leader of the third group. "She just came out of the beauty parlor." The rest of them tee-heed and giggled, then they all held hands and jumped. Plop! Plop! Plop! They all landed on her nicely combed hair. The curls turned into soggy, limp ropes.

The raindrops all seemed to be enjoying themselves, except one small group. They were the smallest of all the raindrops. They didn’t like to do all those mean things. Rebecca was the biggest raindrop of the group. She said to the others, "Let’s have our group do something nice. Look down there for something that wants and needs us to rain on it."

They watched carefully. They saw a boy with a triple-decker ice cream cone. He didn’t need any rain. A family was in the park having a picnic. They didn’t want it to rain. There was also a beautiful wedding taking place and the raindrops knew that they didn’t want it to rain and ruin everything.

Rylee, the teeniest raindrop, spotted a little flower. It was a pretty yellow color, but was starting to turn brown around the edges. Its head was drooping. Rylee cried out to the others, "Rebecca, come and look. That little flower needs us."

The rest of them also looked down. That would be a nice thing to do. Rebecca said, "Let’s go!"

Just as they were about to jump, another group started to call them names. The biggest, Ryan, said, "All the rest of us are trying to make people cry and be angry. You aren’t like us. Hurry up and leave! Don’t come back to this cloud every again! We don’t like nice raindrops!"

The little raindrops jumped and landed softly on the limp yellow flower. Soon after, it lifted its head. Its stem turned green and the brown went away. The tiny raindrops were happy.

The storm broke and the rain stopped. The sun came out and dried up the rain. It turned to steam and floated back up into the sky to form new clouds. The small group that Rebecca and Rylee were in chose to form a new cloud where no mean raindrops were allowed. Every time they fell from the sky, they chose something that would be happy because they rained on it.

Precious Raindrops

Beautiful, precious rain drops,
Upon the window pane,
Comes a feeling of joy and gratitude,
To hear falling drops of rain.

The birds have stopped their singing,
And the grass turns green again,
The leaves upon the trees are washed,
In the summertime when it rains.

The earth seems to smile at the sun,
While the clouds go drifting by,
As thunder peals in the heavens above,
And lightning flashes on high.

What a gift from God in the heavens,
Who sends rain in time of need,
To water the earth and freshen it up,
Giving life to all, indeed.

Beautiful precious rain drops.
Upon the window pane,
