best ways to utilize the PSA Reassignment tool

First of all, let's clarify where this tool is located, what the restrictions are, and how to use it:
  1. Go to your Genealogy.
  2. Choose the Reassign tab. All affiliates who are eligible to be reassigned (i.e. see restrictions below) will be designated by a checkbox.
  3. Check a box for someone whom you want to reassign.
  4. Enter the SFI ID number of the person to whom you want the reassignment(s) into the popup's field and click OK. Make sure you have the right ID number!
  5. Go down your list and check other boxes for any other affiliates you wish to reassign, entering the appropriate SFI ID numbers in the reassignment popup field.
  6. When you're done selecting the affiliates you wish to reassign, click the Reassign selected affiliates button.

The reassignment now appears in the recipient's Genealogy. He or she will also receive an e-mail notification from SFI for each reassignment. Keep in mind that you can only reassign your personally sponsored affiliate. Additionally, an affiliate can be reassigned only ONCE.

IMPORTANT! The following reassignment restrictions apply:
  1. Affiliates (non-EAs) can be reassigned only to other PSAs unless you are a Designated Diamond OR an STL or higher in rank—in which case you may reassign to your full downline (12 generations maximum).

  2. Executive Affiliates (current or former) can be reassigned only to other PSAs unless you are a Designated Diamond OR an STL or higher in rank—in which case you may reassign to your full downline (12 generations maximum).

  3. Bronze and Silver Team Leaders (qualified at this rank within the last 45 days) can only be reassigned to other first-level Team Leaders of equal or greater rank.

  4. Gold, Platinum, and Diamond Team Leaders (qualified at this rank within the last 45 days) may not be reassigned without permission from SFI Corporate. Submit a ticket for any requests to reassign a GTL, PTL, or DTL and include your reasons for wanting to make the reassignment, then await further instructions.
 
Let's first look at WHY you'd want to reassign someone. After all, you earn the largest matches on the affiliates on your first generation.

The reason, in a word, is "leverage." Yes, you could put dozens or hundreds or even thousands of affiliates on your first generation. But if they are not finding success, you're going to be losing them out the back door as fast as you have them coming in the front door. You will find this to be very frustrating, and it is simply not the best way to build a large, secure income.

What you want to always be trying to do in SFI is develop Team Leaders. Why? For one thing, a Team Leader is almost certainly going to be making a profit in SFI, so they're going to be much more likely to be engaged and active.

The more Team Leaders who develop in your organization, the more security you build for yourself. This is because, as Team Leaders of their own profitable teams, they have their own vested interest in keeping their businesses (which is of course a portion of your business) growing.

This is, of course, EXACTLY what you want!  Every time you develop a new committed TL, you've created another residual income stream that can keep bringing in money for you with minimum attention on your part!

Not only have you created another residual income stream, but one that can grow month after month because it's headed by a TL who has his or her own interest in building a larger and larger group and commission check. In other words, you are better off with five TLs on your frontline, than 25 EAs, or even 50 EAs.

TIP: You can easily ID good candidates by checking your My Movers list (accessible via your SFI home page) each day! Plus, you could receive 5 VP for each affiliate you reassign.

OK, now let's look at some of the many ways you can use the Reassignment tool:

An incentive to become an EA--Inform your affiliates that if they become an EA this month, you'll reassign 5, 10, 15 (or whatever quantity you're comfortable with) new affiliates to them.  To make the incentive even stronger, you can offer to reassign EAs under them which will help them accumulate more VersaPoints each month.

Building Team Leaders--I talked above about how important it is to develop TLs.  If you have lots of personally sponsored EAs, consider reconfiguring them to create five or more frontline TLs.  What you want to do is identify your five most committed, most serious, most active EAs.  Move your other EAs under them so that your five best EAs are all converted to TLs.  Then help them to duplicate this action ever downward in your organization.  Doing so would create a rock solid and wildly profitable organization with 5 TLs on your first generation, 25 on your second, 125 on your third, 625 on your fourth, 3125 on your fifth, 15,625 on your sixth, and 78,125 TLs on your seventh.  You can now afford your own tropical island!  ; - )

"You do, I do"--Don't like the idea of just "giving away" your affiliates?  Make this offer:  "For every affiliate you sponsor this month, I'll match it.  Or for every one, I'll match it with two...or three.  Or for every EA, I'll match it with an EA."

Get the wheels rolling--Many of the affiliates you recruit have the ability to be quite successful in SFI; they just need a little push to get STARTED.  Hence, contact your new affiliates when they join, and let them know that as soon as they sponsor their first affiliate, you'll reward them by reassigning, say, four affiliates to them.  They've now got a nice little team of their own from which to build.  More importantly, they're now "in motion" and have a incentive to get even more active with SFI.

More milestone rewards--You can offer additional rewards (reassignments) to your team for hitting other milestones such as:

A. Maintaining the rank of EA for 3/6/12 straight months.
B. Recruiting their first EA.
C. Becoming a TL.
D. Recording their first customer sale.
E. Sponsoring X number of affiliates in a month.
F. Sponsoring X number of EAs in a month.
G. Making the top 10, top 20, or top 50 on the leaderboards.

SFI DAILY ROUTINE



  • This is actually a daily routine that can be carried on into the future too, not just now during the early days! But during these early days, a routine can help you so much. It can help you learn to understand SFI, help you learn what to do, and help you actually begin to start making progress with your SFI business

  • 1. Log in at www.sfimg.com/Home
  • 2. Read and click the Alerts page
  • 3. Read and click all the other pages tabs to change them from red to green - you can ignore the EZ and PB tabs for now (which require a TCredit for changing them from red to green).
  • 4. Visit the Win It tab and enter the Daily Grand
  • 5. READ AND LEARN at least two pages - perhaps ones you haven't read before - the forum is a good place to do this - or re-read a page or two that you have already read so you can be sure you fully understand things!   • 8. Still on the games/play page, play two free games of Card King
  • 9. Still on the games/play page, play two free games of Gold Streak
  • 10. Still on the games/play page, play 1 to 3 free games of Knockout Trivia THEN, for points 11. and 12. below, IF YOU HAVE TCREDITS (TCredits can be bought with money or with MRP (and MRP can be earned or won!), or TCredits can be won or earned)
  • 11. Use 1 or more TCredits on the games page - I recommend Card King.
  • 12. Use 1 or more TCredits on the auctions (click the "BID" tab and select (click one of the images or the blue link above it) an auction) - ones that have "2X" beneath them are useful because for those you get 10 MRP for each bid instead of the usual 5 MRP - and also consider bidding just before a flash drawing because if you win the flash drawing you get 4 TCredits
  • 13. If a new hour has started since you began this daily routine, do another T-Time entry! EVENTUALLY YOU CAN ADD POINTS 14. AND 15. TO THIS DAILY ROUTINE TOO - THE SOONER THE BETTER THOUGH!
  • 14. Communicate - with both your upline www.sfimg.com/MyAccount/upline and downline (welcome new PSAs or CSAs, answer their questions, offer them tips and advice etc - you've been reading and learning so you should be able to! - and remember that if your team members do well, so do you! - communicate through emails, team mails, Stream messages, SFI chat messages, ecards etc).
  • 15. Do some marketing/advertising There you go! Follow this DAILY routine and ALWAYS read and learn as you go along and you will soon start to make good progress with your SFI business - and you may even win some helpful things along the way that can help you with your SFI business!

NOT MAKING A MISTAKE THE BIGGEST MISTAKE


MAKE A MISTAKE AND THE DOOR OF OPPORTUNITY OPENS LEADING TO POSITIVE ENERGY !!

My brother and I were driving home together and became engrossed in a conversation. Because of this distraction, my brother took a wrong turn.
Unfortunately, the wrong turn took us towards a bridge and we had no way to turn back. Grudgingly, my brother paid the bridge toll and drove on. He was clearly frustrated by the mistake and the needless waste of Rs.100/-.
We eventually reached an exit slip-way and, as we took it, my brother noticed a beat-up white Ritz pulled over to the side of the road. A young guy was standing nearby trying to phone someone. I was busy trying to figure out which way we went next but my brother pulled over and asked the guy if he needed any help. And he did. He had a flat tire and needed a wrench to get it off.
My brother gave him a wrench, and then proceeded to help him change the flat. After we had finished the job he thanked us and pulled out Rs.500/- note and tried to give it to us. "No," I said. "We were never supposed to even get on that bridge, we took a wrong turn. But now we know why we did. It was to help you. Thank you for turning our mistake into an opportunity to serve."

What I loved most was watching my brother turn his agitation for the mistake into positive energy.

TO MAKE A DIFFERENCE

"I work with a lady. Sometimes, it’s hard for her to socialize with the others at work because of her strong accent. Last week, she was sitting all alone in the Living Room, while the others were involved in a Christmas activity. I asked her if she would like to join the others and she said no. I asked her why; she said "I can't do what they are doing." I told her sure you can. So I took her over - they were putting Christmas stickers on clothes pins.


I gave her some clothes pins and stickers and we began doing what the others were doing. When she did just one, I gave her praise after praise. All she could do was smile. And the most amazing thing to me was what she said that melted my heart. She said, "Thank you dear. You make me feel like a little kid, in school again, God bless you."

At that point she was so happy. I was over joyed!!! I left her to finish and when I walked away, I could feel the calmness all around me. I made a difference in her life that day." –
